Made with winter raspberries that only grow when the Minnesota air temperature is below 30 degrees Fahrenheit. They are extra sweet due to the harsh growing conditions and harvested in late November. Baked to perfection in our homemade pie crust with a super rich and delicious cream cheese and heavy cream pie filling!
